Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes! Before joining daycare or boarding, every dog completes a 3-hour temperament test. This gives us a chance to get to know your pup, introduce them to the pack at their own pace, and make sure they're comfortable in our daycare environment.
-
To keep all of our guests healthy, dogs must have current Rabies, DHPP, Leptospirosis, and Canine Influenza vaccinations. Dogs participating in social daycare or boarding must also be spayed or neutered if over 6 months old.
-
Nope! Social daycare dogs are welcome to drop in anytime during business hours. Reservations are only required for private suites, separate accommodations, and holiday boarding stays.
-
We recommend bringing your dog's regular food to help keep their tummy happy, but it's not required. We provide beds, blankets, bowls, and complimentary house kibble if needed, so you can leave the extras at home.
-
Boarding is charged per night, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. If your pup would like to stay and play a little longer, daycare charges will apply after noon based on the length of their stay.
-
Every dog is different. Some jump right into the fun, while others need a little time to settle in. Our team takes introductions slowly and works to make every dog feel comfortable, confident, and welcome from day one.
-
Just like children in school, dogs in social environments can occasionally become ill. If your dog shows signs of illness while in our care, we will notify you and discuss the appropriate next steps.
-
Dogs play using their mouths, paws, and bodies, which can occasionally result in minor scratches, scrapes, or other injuries. Our staff closely supervises all playgroups and will contact you immediately if medical attention is needed.
-
Most dogs are pleasantly exhausted after a day of daycare and may spend the next day resting and recovering from all the fun.
