West LA Dogs started in 2005 as a dog walking, training, and socialization service by animal lover and dog trainer, Burt Jenner. With a deep passion for canines and a knack for connecting with dogs, Burt set out to offer a reliable and personalized walking & training service for pet owners in the community. The business quickly gained a reputation for its commitment to individualized attention and genuine affection for each pup.

Today, West LA Dogs has grown and occupies two locations, offering doggie daycare, boarding and grooming services to the Los Angeles community. Burt's dedication to maintaining a high standard of care, along with his team of experienced and passionate staff, has ensured that West LA Dogs remains a beloved and trusted name among dog owners.

At our facilities, we offer a variety of services, including daycare, boarding, and grooming. Our daycare and boarding spaces are designed with your pup's comfort and safety in mind. We have spacious play areas, indoor and outdoor spaces, ramps, cots and beds to keep your furry friend active, entertained and relaxed.

Our setup is kind of our secret sauce, because we know one size definitely doesn’t fit all when it comes to dogs.

We have two separate buildings right next door to each other: one just for big dogs and one just for small dogs. It keeps playgroups more natural, more comfortable, and way more fun for everyone (no tiny pups getting bowled over, no big dogs having to hold back).

Both buildings offer plenty of space for your dog to romp, run, nap, and play throughout the day. Each location features indoor and outdoor play areas, with access to the indoors at all times - so whether your pup is in the mood for zoomies, sunbathing, or a cozy break, they can move freely and settle into what feels right.
